Movement Re-patterning
- Your physical coordination determines how you swing a golf club or tennis racket.
- Your facial expression conveys what you are thinking, or not.
- Your personal “repertoire” of movement tells strangers and new acquaintances a lot about your personality.
- When you speak to a group, either as a professional speaker or one who speaks “for your profession”, your audience connection ensures that your message is heard. Are you consistently connecting with your audience?
Movement repatterning has its basis in physical origins and is grounded in Rudolf Laban’s theory of Movement Analysis. Perhaps you're not getting a positive response from people you meet, or people you work with (could it be your body posture or facial expression?). Maybe you’re a dancer, actor, or athlete whose mind-body connection determines performance outcome, and you consistently fail to meet your mark.
I will identify these areas of weakness, and develop a strategy for improving performance. Movement repatterning is for those who want to take their “performance” to the next level.
