Mean What You Say
This program is goal-oriented and time limited. Perhaps you are preparing for your first public speaking presentation, an important sales conference, or your thesis defense or doctoral dissertation. You need to feel and appear confident as you communicate information that impacts your future. My goal is for this educational experience to allow you to create a more intentional and accurate embodiment of expression (both verbal AND non-verbal) so that you will Mean What You Say.
The power of the body to express what we are totally unaware of is uncanny! Stacey's expertise as a movement analyst has been of immeasurable help to me. I highly recommend Stacey and her cutting-edge methods to any speaker who wants to take their presentation skills to the next level.
– Mean What You Say Program Participant
The Mean What You Say program begins by identifying your goals, objectives, and problem areas. Next, either in-person or through a videotaped observation I conduct a thorough analysis of your movement patterns. My findings are documented in a detailed written report that identifies your areas of strength, as well as those that are less developed. With your goals in mind, I provide recommendations to develop and expand your movement vocabulary by capitalizing on those strengths and developing any areas of weakness. These recommendations are provided verbally, in writing, and through movement-based coaching.
Follow-up sessions are scheduled after you have had the opportunity to practice and perform your new skill set; interim coaching is also available.
